Maureen Rovas serves as the Senior Client Manager for Community Impact at UpMetrics, where she leads initiatives to empower nonprofits and funders in Southeast Michigan through data-driven strategies. With a rich background in growth strategy, operational leadership, and partnership development, Maureen has been instrumental in launching the Southeast Michigan Community Impact Cohort, a collaborative effort aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of mission-driven organizations in the region. Beyond her role at UpMetrics, Maureen is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of nonprofit leaders as an instructor in Oakland University's Nonprofit Management Certificate Program, where she teaches Leadership and Human Resource Management.
