UpMetrics Sets Sight on Southeast Michigan (SEMI): Forging A Historic Partnership with Ballmer Group
A night to remember: with over 100 guests, the UpMetrics team recently hosted an event in honor of our first impact cohort in the Southeast Michigan region, made possible through a new historic partnership with Ballmer Group. This landmark program will follow and expand on the blueprint set forth by other UpMetrics cohorts - including our oldest cohort in nearby Chicago - with plans to support local nonprofits in a collaborative environment focused on relationship and community.
Organizations participating in the Southeast Michigan Community Impact Cohort are set to:
- Enhance Fundraising Efforts by displaying clear evidence of their impact.
- Boost Program Effectiveness through data-driven decision-making.
- Simplify Reporting with insightful dashboards and visualizations.
- Foster Peer-to-Peer Learning and inspiration.
“This is an exciting opportunity to support local nonprofits in a collaborative environment to maximize their impact through leveraging data.” says Maureen Rovas, UpMetrics Senior Client Manager based in Southeast Michigan.
In an effort to spread the word of this upcoming partnership, the UpMetrics team invited nonprofit leaders, local changemakers, and representatives from the Ballmer Group for a night of delightful refreshments and intermingling at The Norwood in Detroit’s New Center. During the informative social impact networking session, guests were properly introduced to the vision of the program and learned how they can apply to become a sponsored grantee, and spent the night forging new connections with fellow social impact innovators as well as the UpMetrics and Ballmer teams.
This partnership comes as part of UpMetrics’ renewed efforts to empower the social impact landscape through impact measurement & management (IMM). Our IMM platform and team help organizations collect data, gain insight through analysis, and improve programs. Data visualizations and dashboards support nonprofits’ ability to use data for fundraising, reporting, and programmatic decision-making.
“In partnership with the Ballmer Group, we are excited to help drive capital to communities through shared learning and strengthened relationships," says Drew Payne, CEO of UpMetrics. "This collaboration will empower nonprofits across Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne to fulfill their missions, ultimately benefiting the entire Southeast Michigan community. I’m proud to be part of this transformative effort.”
